Your order will ship from our warehouse within 4 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, how long it takes to arrive depends on your location. Our warehouse team works hard and also takes much deserved time off on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

CONMIGO® is headquartered in California with its main warehouses close by. We try our best to get you your new favorite travel accessory to you as quickly as possible but sometimes stuff happens. Rain, snow, sleet and rain may not stop the postal services but delivery delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, holidays, incorrect address provided at checkout, custom clearance, etc. During holiday seasons, orders may take up to 5 to 7 business days for our warehouse to process and ship your order. International and rural locations may take longer to deliver as well. Please plan your purchases accordingly. If you have a flight tomorrow, this bag is not going to make it to you in time.

Definitely! There will be extra fees incurred and all fees will be denominated in US dollars.. International orders are subject to duties, tariffs, customs, and value added taxes that aren’t reflected in our prices or shipping rates. You or the recipient will be responsible for paying these charges upon receipt of your order. We are required by law to disclose full value (in US dollars) of the package contents and cannot alter this value. This includes the retail values for items such as gifts. Check with your local customs office for those charges. Many destinations may be assessed an additional handling fee for brokering these payments prior to delivery. No one like to pay taxes but we must follow the rules. CONMIGO® will calculate taxes depending on your locality. The amount will be determined during the ordering process.

Self promotion is never bad. Have a fabulous staff and you want everyone to know it? What better way to show the world than to have your company logo prominently displayed. The logo will be elegantly embroidered onto your bag for a nominal fee with a minimum of 50 bags. Customization of orders below our minimum is possible via your collaboration with a 3rd party embroidery shop of your choosing.

The CONMIGO® messenger bag can be purchased in bulk at a discount that would make an accountant cry for joy! Your CONMIGO ULTI messenger bag is built as durable luggage and functional travel gear, but it is not designed for machine washing.

To clean your lightweight luggage, use spot cleaning only. Dampen a soft cloth with warm water and a very mild soap. Gently clean the affected area on the exterior ballistic nylon or interior lining. Avoid soaking the fabric. Wipe with clean water to remove any soap residue and allow your travel bag to air dry completely.

Do not place your messenger bag, crossbody, or carry bag in a washing machine. Agitation can damage the structure, padding, compartments, and electronics sleeve. Machine washing is not recommended and may result in damage not covered under warranty.

Do not use a dryer. High heat can warp materials, affect the integrity of this custom travel bag, and compromise the shape that makes it one of the most versatile bags in your travel essentials lineup.

Even though the CONMIGO® messenger bag is the perfect every day carry, we know that it may not fit your specific needs. You can return the bag for a full refund if it has not been used or abused and it has all its tags, straps, accessories and dust cover bag. Once we have received your package, we will process the refund. The bag needs to be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please allow up to two weeks to process the return. Note that we do not refund shipping costs in either direction.
