When is my bag going to ship?

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 4 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, how long it takes to arrive depends on your shipping method. Our warehouse team works hard and take much deserved time off on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

Where do you ship from?

CONMIGO® is headquartered in California with its main warehouses close by. We try our darndest to get you your new favorite travel accessory as quickly as possible but sometimes stuff happens. Rain, snow, sleet and rain may not stop the postal services but delivery delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, holidays, incorrect address provided at checkout, custom clearance, etc. During holiday seasons, orders may take up to 5 to 7 business days for our warehouse to process and ship your order. International and rural locations may take longer to deliver as well. Please plan your purchases accordingly. If you have a flight tomorrow, this bag is not going to make it to you in time.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Sorry, we don’t. Because our shipping partners are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.

Can you ship my bag to places far, far away? (International Shipping)

Definitely! will have all fees denominated in US dollars.. International orders are subject to duties, tariffs, customs, and value added taxes that aren’t reflected in our prices or shipping rates. You or the recipient will be responsible for paying these charges upon receipt of your order. We are required by law to disclose full value (in US dollars) of the package contents and cannot alter this value. This includes the retail values for items such as gifts. Check with your local customs office for those charges. Many destinations may be assessed an additional handling fee for brokering these payments prior to delivery. No one like to pay taxes but we must follow the rules. CONMIGO® will calculate taxes depending on your locality. The amount will be determined during the ordering process.

Can I cancel my order or change details during the shipping process?

Our team works as quickly as possible to get your order shipped once you place your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any adjustments to an order once it has been placed. Personalized Bags

Self promotion is never bad. Your staff is fabulous and you want everyone to know it. What better way to show the world than to have your company logo prominently displayed on the roller bag sleeve of their CONMIGO® messenger bags? The logo will be elegantly embroidered onto your bag for a nominal fee with a minimum of 100 bags. Customization of orders below our minimum is possible via your collaboration with a 3rd party embroidery shop of your choosing.

Buying in Bulk

Everyone at work wants one…Can I buy in bulk? (Purchasing Wholesale) You work with very cultured individuals who know a great product when they see one. The CONMIGO® messenger bag can be purchased in bulk at a discount that would make an accountant cry for joy. A discount rate will vary depending on the number of bags ordered with the minimum being 50 bags. How do I clean my travel weary bag?

Spot cleaning with warm water and very mild soap is recommended. The Conmigo® messenger bag is not designed for machine washing, use of washing machines can result in damage not covered by our warranty. In addition, dryers are not recommended and damage will not be covered under the warranty.

Really nice bag but not what I needed…How do I return it? (Refunds)

Even though the CONMIGO® messenger bag is destined to be the favorite travel accessory of the casual and business traveler, we know that it may not fit your needs. You can return the bag for a full refund if within, has not been used or abused and it has all its tags still attached. Once we have received your package, we will process the refund. Please allow up to two weeks to process the return. Please also note that we do not refund shipping costs in either direction. CONMIGO®’s return shipping and restocking fee is a fixed $20. Unfortunately, we cannot waive this fee due to the contracts made between our return portal system, and our shipping couriers.
